First, your vehicle will be inspected in person and our expert technician will give you a complete repairs estimate which will detail the initial cost of repairs. Keep in mind, there is often hidden damage that we cannot see until after we disassemble your vehicle. Once we are made aware of these other expenses we will communicate them to you immediately and your insurance company, if applicable.
2. Your Insurance Company’s Approval
Second, your Insurance Company will review the damage report and will determine if your car is repairable, once approved the repairs on your car will begin.
3. Disassembly of Your Vehicle
Many times a vehicle has hidden damage. The extent of damage cannot be determined until the vehicle is disassembled for repair. Prior to repair work, we will remove damaged fenders, panels, grills, trim and/or upholstery etc. Our skilled technicians often find hidden damage or internal structure damage which will also need repairs. If this occurs we will contact you and your Insurance Company to request a supplement to cover the costs.
4. Order Parts for Your Car
We order all the parts for your car and notify you if a special part will cause a delay in the delivery date. You will always be kept in the loop of the status of your car and its repair.
5. Your Car’s Expert Structural Repair

The GOOD NEWS is that we have a West Coast Body and Paint mobile paint repair service unit that will come to you! The mobile paint unit provides auto services for minor paint repairs.
Our estimates are always free and you are welcome to schedule an appointment. After we receive your images we will provide you with an initial estimate. The estimate is a ballpark figure, and after we assess your vehicle’s damage in person, we will review the estimate with you. If you agree with the final estimate, we will begin repairing your car.
